Forged 4032 pistons for the BMW B48, precision-engineered for high-boost performance and long-term durability. The 4032 alloy runs cooler and tighter than 2618 while staying strong, making it ideal for turbocharged street and track builds that need reliability without giving up power.

What it does

• Runs cooler, with 4032 alloy that has lower thermal expansion and strong wear resistance for reliable street and motorsport use.
• Takes boost, built for aggressive tuning and high cylinder pressures on pump, race fuel or E85.
• Cuts friction, with coated skirts that reduce friction and piston slap, plus valve reliefs to suit aftermarket cams and oversized valves.
• Runs smooth, with each piston weight-matched within ±1.5g for balanced reciprocating mass and longer bearing life.

Build quality

CNC-machined from 4032 forged aluminium, balanced and coated, supplied with precision full-floating wrist pins as standard. Pair with RPM Tuning forged 4340 H-beam rods, ARP 2000 bolts, upgraded bearings and an MLS head gasket for a complete forged bottom end.

Compatibility

Fits all Gen 1 and Gen 2 BMW B48 engines across 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Series, X1, X3, X4 and MINI (F- and G-chassis).
