RPM TUNING - SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed from our workshop in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days
- Pre-order or made-to-order items: Lead time listed on product page
- Custom-built parts (forged engines, custom turbo kits, full builds): Lead time confirmed at order
- ECU tuning and unlock services: Delivered digitally within 24-72 hours of receiving the required vehicle data from the customer
Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Zones and Free Shipping Thresholds
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

For oversized or heavy items (full exhaust systems, intercoolers, body panels), additional handling charges may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation if standard rates do not cover the shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- Malaysia: 1-3 business days
- Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- North America: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
These are estimates only and do not include customs processing time, which varies by country. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. High-value orders may require signature on delivery.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
For all orders shipped outside Malaysia:
- Our prices and shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or customs brokerage fees in the destination country.
- The customer (or recipient) is responsible for paying these charges directly to the carrier or customs authority upon arrival.
- We declare all shipments at full retail value. We do not under-declare shipments or mark items as "gift" for customs purposes.
- Refused shipments, or shipments returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery, will be refunded less the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any customs fees incurred, and a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are encouraged to check their country's import regulations before ordering, especially for race-only or off-road products.
Local Pickup
Customers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor may select Local Pickup at checkout to collect their order from our workshop:

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. Pickup by appointment.
Digital Products
ECU tune files, ECU unlock services, and other digital deliverables do not require physical shipping. These are delivered electronically via email or remote tuning channel after we receive the required vehicle data from the customer (stock file, VIN, ISN, or other parameters as applicable).
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Visible damage: Photograph the damaged packaging and contents before opening any seals, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rpmtuning.pro.
- Lost shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
- Missing items: Report within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve insurance claims for lost or damaged shipments. Replacement or refund timelines depend on carrier claim processing.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping addresses. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim within the carrier's holding period will be subject to:
- Original shipping cost (non-refundable)
- Return shipping cost
- 15% restocking fee on the merchandise
Re-shipping to a corrected address requires payment of new shipping charges.
Workshop Services
For services that require your vehicle on-site (installation, in-person dyno tuning, full builds, diagnostics), please contact us at contact@rpmtuning.pro or +60 17-940 0752 to schedule an appointment. These services are not subject to this shipping policy.
