Your B48 makes good power until heat soak shows up and steals it. The stock plastic manifold traps intake temps, and on back-to-back pulls or a hot track day you feel the car go soft. This is the fix.
The RPM B48 MAX is a billet CNC aluminium intake manifold with an integrated air-to-water (W2A) intercooler core sized well above stock. Lower intake temps, less heat soak, faster recovery between pulls, and a solid foundation once you start pushing past Stage 2.

- Billet CNC aluminium manifold, TIG welded
- Integrated W2A intercooler core, 120mm thickness, high-flow design
- Upgraded fuel rail (gold) included
- Phenolic thermal-rejection spacer to stop the manifold soaking heat straight off the head
- 1/8" NPT provisions for meth or nitrous injection
- All mounting hardware and clamps
Fitment
Fits BMW B48 and B46 2.0T engines, both Gen 1 and Gen 2 (B48TU). Covers F-chassis and G-chassis applications including 320i, 330i, 420i, 430i, 220i, 230i, Z4 sDrive20i/30i and related 2.0T models from 2014 onward.
Not compatible with MINI / transverse FWD B48 engines. If you're unsure which generation your car runs, send us your chassis and build year and we'll confirm before you order.
